Josh is AMAZING. I bought my first house with his help in Wellington, CO, back in 2016. He understood exactly what I was looking for and knew where to go to show me my options. It was such a great experience! Since I bought my house, there isn't a year that goes by that Josh doesn't stay in touch, keep me apprised of things going on in the market through newsletters and he even drops off batteries once a year for my smoke detectors. Over the holidays, he does lots of client appreciation perks and does AMAZING fundraisers that have such a positive impact on the community. He communicates regularly but not over-bearing AT ALL. Josh is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and I am someone that does not believe in realtors. I was born and raised in a town where 50% of the billboards are realtors; and most of them are people that fell into the profession as a backup after nothing else worked for them. Realtors that keep sending you houses that you don’t like and/or only want your listing to get a seller’s commission, but never do anything to actually get your house sold. But then there are people like Josh who go so far above and beyond that your faith in realtors can't help but be restored. The biggest difference is that Josh genuinely cares about people. He is beyond reproach honest and will keep you up to date on everything. He will fight for you as your’ realtor should. He will show up and shovel your sidewalk himself if you are out of town and there is a showing. He even showed up to help me dig out my septic caps so we could meet the buyer’s inspection requirement in time. In the end, Josh sold our house on 37 acres in a time when houses in our price range were not selling. Josh is awesome!
