1. Acceptance of Terms
By providing your name, email address, and mobile phone number through our SMS opt-in web form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text message notifications from The Forster Group at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
2. SMS Notification Service
The Forster Group may send you text message notifications including, but not limited to:

- Important announcements relevant to your real estate interests
- Reminders and follow-up communications
- Information about listings, market updates, and community news
3. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Forster Group is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. 5. User Responsibilities
By enrolling in our SMS notification service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile number provided
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will promptly notify us if you change your mobile number

6. Limitation of Liability
The Forster Group shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of text messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. The Forster Group is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SMS notification service.
7. Modifications to Service
The Forster Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS notification service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
